Internships and Training for a Better Future

At the Costa Rica Children's Foundation, we empower young people to build a future full of opportunities. Through our internship program, we support them in their first work experience and prepare them with motivational talks and social skills workshops that strengthen their communication, leadership, and confidence.

In addition, we have an alliance with Oracle Next Education (ONE), a program that certifies them in technology and provides them with interviews with partner companies, expanding their chances of obtaining formal employment.

Our main goal is to guide you, support you, and give you the necessary tools so that you can make safe decisions and access a more stable life full of opportunities.
