Our Story
🌟 Transforming lives with solidarity
The Costa Rica Para Los Niños Foundation began when the president and founder, Aneika Quirós Araya, in the year 2019 gathered volunteers who joined forces to bring food, gifts, and donate their time in shelters that have an alliance with PANI. Her commitment and generosity laid the foundations of what our organization is today, and it kept growing day by day until becoming what it is today.
In 2023, we formalized our mission by registering Costa Rica Para Los Niños as an official foundation before the government of Costa Rica. Since then, the Costa Rica Para Los Niños Foundation has been dedicated to fighting for language education, financial education, and job preparation; we also focus on supporting sports and generating employment opportunities for children and young people in social vulnerability in Costa Rica.
Teaching pure and heartfelt love is the fundamental pillar of our foundation. We believe that a heart full of love, faith, and hope will always be destined for joy. Our mission is to cultivate and share that love, creating a positive impact on the life of every child and young person in Costa Rica.
We serve more than 2,000 children, adolescents, homelessness and older adults every month.
